  All claims solutions made false promises, totally misled me and ripped me off. They told me they have first class in depth software that reveled my coucil tax is in the wrong band. They took my money and never communicated with me for almost 8 months. I then started chasing only to find out my claim had been declined. I then received a letter promising me that they would re submit my application which was in Feb 2017. Despite chasing them up I have still not heard from them In writing. They give a lot of false promises Overy the phone but deliver nothing. My advice is to stay away from this scam set up.
