  As someone who is completely new to exercise, Kirstin and her team have been brilliant. They are able to pitch the sessions at the correct level for me and are all extremely encouraging and motivating. They work on weak areas and tailor the sessions to your individual needs/requirements. I would thoroughly recommend them all!

  Kirstin is exceptional at motivating people and really understands what is needed to get the body working at its optimum. Her knowledge is vast and inspires confidence in what she does. Very professional and experienced personal trainer.

  I would highly recommend Kirsten's personal training.
