  I used to love this shop but in more recent years I feel that the brand has lost its way a little. Service is inconsistent dependant on who is working that day - I've had some great service at times but also very poor service on other occasions (when you don't even get acknowledged at all). The products on offer are not as enticing as they were previously - partly because of cost but also due to the quality. The best time to visit is during the sale so you can get items for a fair price.
