  Let's start with the two stars and then move on to the three left blank..
  Their chicken is incredibly good, easily the best chicken I've encountered at any butcher which is the only reason I keep going back.
  
  Now, a word of warning to anybody who uses these guys. ALWAYS check your change and ALWAYS keep an eye on the scale when they weigh their product. I've been using them for a couple of years now ( 1st class chicken ) and been fleeced on numerous occasions. The two blokes run a nifty little sideshow whereby one of them distracts you while the other one weighs up. My neighbour has stopped using them because of this. I take little pleasure in saying this but I've a responsibility to others living in the area because this type of thing is unacceptable.. (great chicken by the way)
