  Unfortunately very unhappy with the service. I dropped my phone and went in to get advice on the best thing to do. They replaced the screen and charged me for it, despite the phone not turning on. I was told I needed to charge it when I got home, and that is why it wouldn't turn on. After having it on charge for several hours with no sign of life, I took it to another place for a second opinion I was told the motherboard was cracked in half and that this should have been checked before any replacement was made, and certainly before I was charged for it. The screen was peeling away a day later and the phone had to be scraped. Whilst I fully appreciate that the phone being broken was not the fault of this company, a proper diagnostic of the phone would have saved me £55 and a wasted trip.
