  Room was lovley, very clean and spacious room. Owner - Charlotte was extremely friendly and accommodating. The lady in reception also wish I could remember her name was friendly and gave us some suggestions where to eat (as we missed breakfast) which smelt delicious and everyone checking out were saying how great the breakfast was. Will be staying again. Also cheap parking option which for Brighton parking is a must. Will be happy to stay again. Look forward to trying the awesome breakfast next time and staying for longer.
